Dear parent:

The Patient Portal is available to our families only. It works by adding additional security for your family and insuring compliance with the Health Insurance Portabilty and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

First you will notice that you have a bit more control and will sign in having the ability to edit your contact information. You must let us know what your email address is before your account becomes active and allows your use of the Portal.

What you will see will be your child's information including visit history, measurements, allergies, vaccines (including what vaccines your child needs). You will be able to request forms although we are not ready yet to send those through secure email - you will still need to pick these up.
