 (Physical exams and vaccines are based on previous history of vaccines, risk or nature of current illness or medical condition and parental concerns. Flu vaccines are recommended and depend on seasonal availability.)

Newborn Care
Includes Complete Physical Exam (CPE) and follow up visits in the hospital
High risk mothers for hepatitis may receive form of Hepatitis B, otherwise the first dose is given in the office

7-10 Year CPE Consider every 1-2 years until there are any chronic conditions that require medication refill – then yearly exam necessary
HPV vaccine (series of 3) can be given at 9 years or older for girls only (at this time)

11 Year CPE

Consider Tdap, Meningoccocus, HPV (for prevention cervical cancer)

12-21 Year CPE
Annual exams for sports and for patients with chronic condition and those requiring ongoing medications
